The special rolls are wonderful. The spider roll made with sautéed soft-shell crab, cucumber, tobiko, and spicy mayonnaise is a work of art, and the uramaki, or inside out rolls are exceptional. Among my favorites are the spicy tuna with cucumber and the yellowtail with scallions. Koi maki, a special roll made with tuna and yellowtail, ooba, scallions, and flying fish eggs is also on the "must" list. If your favorites are not listed on the menu, the chef will gladly accommodate you request.
