Owners Tony operates Sushi Palace with his wife Jeccie. They take particular pride in delighting customers with creative innovations and special requests.

For those who love to pick and choose, the a la carte menu is extensive. Fresh selections of sushi and sashimi are of very good quality and beautifully prepared. There is also and extensive list of individual and special rolls, and salads. I was impressed with the spicy sashimi salad. A delicious spicy ginger and vinegar dressing compliments a tasty array of finely sliced asorted sashimi and greens resulting in a delutful and tasty experience. I also recommend both the avo tuna and the avo salmon salads. The raw slices fo fresh fish are piled atop avocado and topped with the Sushi Palace's very special ginger dressing resulting in something a little unusal and very, very tasty.
The special rolls are wonderful. The spider roll made with sauced soft-shell crab, cucumber, tobiko, and spicy mayonnaise is a work of art, and the uramaki, or inside out rolls are exceptional. Among my favorites are the spicy tuna with cucumber and the yellowtail with scallions. Koi maki, a special roll made with tuna and yellowtail, ooba, scallions, and flying fish eggs is also on the "must" list. If your favorites are not listed on the menu, the chef will gladly accommodate you request.
